Policy
Provenance
Source & adaptation policy
Provenance is the product. We sell fill-to-line jars adapted from published chef recipes. And the jar itself carries style names and star counts only, so attribution lives next to the citation, never as a false endorsement.
Independence
PantryFlex is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any chef, restaurant, publisher, guide, or award organization named on this site, and no page should be read otherwise.
Names of chefs, restaurants, and publications appear here for one reason: to identify the source of a published recipe. A source citation means “this is where the recipe was published.” It does not mean “this person made or approved the jar.” Awards and stars belong to the chefs and kitchens that earned them. They do not belong to any PantryFlex product.
Published is not public domain
A recipe being publicly available does not make its original publication free to copy. What we document are recipe facts: ingredients, quantities, ratios, temperatures, timing, and yields.
We do not republish source photography, illustrations, logos, article introductions, or cookbook headnotes. The descriptions, preparation steps, images, and jar instructions on this site are written and made by PantryFlex.
What an adaptation changes
A PantryFlex adaptation keeps the published ratios and reworks the recipe for the jar. That might mean converting measurements to milliliters, scaling to a home batch, reordering pours to match fill geometry, or splitting a cold jar step from a pan step. Some recipes don’t suit the jar at all, and we mark those out of jar use. The working method on each recipe page is written by PantryFlex. We don’t copy it from the source.
Two surfaces
- On the jar. Wraps, shop cards, builder, share images: style names, teasers, and credential badges only (e.g. ★★★ KITCHEN). No chef names, restaurant names, or third-party logos on the glass.
- On the recipe. Recipe pages, chef pages, the flip side of “SEE THE RECEIPTS”: original published title, chef, source, link.
Corrections & removals
If you are a chef, restaurant, publisher, rights holder, or an authorized representative and want a citation corrected, an attribution fixed, material removed, or an entire entry taken down, write to contact@pantryflex.com. Include the page URL, who you are and your relationship to the affected party, the specific material at issue, and what you want done.
We review verified requests promptly. Depending on the issue, that can mean correcting the record, revising the entry, removing material, disabling jar selection for the recipe, or taking the page down. We generally honor verified requests to remove an entry.
Trademarks
Names, trademarks, and trade dress belong to their respective owners. PantryFlex does not use third-party logos or visual branding on its products or marketing without permission.
