Ingredients

  • Wild Garlic100 g ramsløk
  • Sunflower Oil50 g solsikkeolje (herb oil)
  • Black Vinegarsolbæreddik at 1:3 vs herb oil (15 ml)
  • Saltfingersalt (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sunflower Oil, Black Vinegar.
  2. Add finishing notes: Wild Garlic, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
