Ingredients
- Wild Garlic — 100 g ramsløk
- Sunflower Oil — 50 g solsikkeolje (herb oil)
- Black Vinegar — solbæreddik at 1:3 vs herb oil (15 ml)
- Salt — fingersalt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sunflower Oil, Black Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Wild Garlic, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
