Ingredients
- Daikon — 150 g
- Scallion — 20 g
- Ponzu Soy — 30 ml
- Sugar — 5 ml
- Soy Sauce — 5 ml
- Ichimi — 0.5 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Ponzu Soy, Sugar, Soy Sauce.
- Add finishing notes: Daikon, Scallion, Ichimi.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
