- Sesame Oil — 22.5 ml
- Salt — 1 g
- Kombu Tea — 5 ml
- Rice Vinegar — 22.5 ml
- Wasabi — 5 ml
- Miso — 15 ml
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sesame Oil, Kombu Tea, Rice Vinegar, Wasabi, Miso.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
