- Salt — 1 tsp salt (5 g)
- Fish Sauce — 2 Tbsp fish sauce (30 ml)
- Lime Juice — 3 Tbsp lime juice (45 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Fish Sauce, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
