Ratio by volume: Oyster Sauce 30 ml, Fish Sauce 8 ml, Soy Sauce 8 ml

Ingredients

  • Oyster Sauce2 Tbsp oyster sauce (30 ml)
  • Fish Sauce½ Tbsp fish sauce (7.5 ml)
  • Soy Sauce½ Tbsp soy sauce (7.5 ml)
  • Palm Sugar½ tsp palm sugar (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Oyster Sauce, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce.
  2. Add finishing notes: Palm Sugar.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
