Ingredients

  • Yuzu Juice10 ml
  • Rice Vinegar10 ml
  • Mirin10 ml
  • Olive Oil50 ml
  • Salt2 g
  • Pepper0.2 g

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yuzu Juice, Rice Vinegar, Mirin, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
