Ingredients
- Yuzu Juice — 10 ml
- Rice Vinegar — 10 ml
- Mirin — 10 ml
- Olive Oil — 50 ml
- Salt — 2 g
- Pepper — 0.2 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yuzu Juice, Rice Vinegar, Mirin, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
