- Pickle Brine — 3 Tbsp pickling liquid (from verjus batch) (45 ml)
- Olive Oil — 2 Tbsp good olive oil (30 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Pickle Brine, Olive Oil.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
