Ratio by volume: Olive Oil 30 ml, Red Wine Vinegar 60 ml

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil1/8 cup olive oil (30 ml)
  • Red Wine Vinegar4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (60 ml)
  • SaltSalt to taste
  • Pepperpepper to taste

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
