Ingredients
- Gochujang — 1 Tbsp gochujang (15 ml)
- Olive Oil — 45 ml EVOO
- Maple Syrup — 30 ml maple syrup
- Garlic — 2 garlic cloves
- Lime Juice — juice of 1 lime (30 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 60 ml soy sauce
- Sesame Seed — 10 g sesame
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Gochujang, Olive Oil, Maple Syrup, Lime Juice, Soy Sauce.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Sesame Seed.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
