- Capers — 1 Tbsp chopped capers (9 g)
- Oregano — 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano (3 g)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 Tbsp Dijon (15 ml)
- Parmesan — 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan (10 g)
- Chile Flake — pinch chili (0.3 g)
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove
- Lemon Juice — 2 Tbsp lemon juice (30 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 45 ml red wine vinegar
- Honey — 1 Tbsp honey (15 ml)
- Lemon Zest — 1 Tbsp lemon zest (3 g)
- Olive Oil — 60 ml EVOO
- Salt — S+P (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Honey, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Capers, Oregano, Parmesan, Chile Flake, Garlic, Lemon Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
