  • TOMATO300 g
  • HARISSA30 g
  • GARLIC5 g
  • CILANTRO2 g
  • LEMON ZEST1 g
  • LEMON JUICE7.5 ml
  • OLIVE OIL15 ml
  • SALT1.5 g

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): LEMON JUICE, OLIVE OIL.
  2. Add finishing notes: TOMATO, HARISSA, GARLIC, CILANTRO, LEMON ZEST, SALT.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
