Ingredients
- Mayo — 1 cup Duke's mayonnaise (240 ml)
- Horseradish — 1 tbsp. grated or jarred horseradish (15 ml)
- Grain Mustard — 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard (30 ml)
- Celery — 2 stalks celery, diced
- Shallot — 1 1/2 tsp. shallots, diced (7.5 ml)
- Garlic — 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced (2.5 ml)
- Parsley — 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped (15 ml)
- Cornichon — 1 tbsp. cornichons, chopped (15 ml)
- Lemon Zest — 1 lemon, zested (2 g)
- Lemon Juice — 1 lemon, juiced (45 ml)
- Capers — 1 1/2 tsp. capers, drained (7.5 ml)
- Salt — 3/4 tsp. kosher salt (3.75 ml)
- Pepper — 1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground (1.25 ml)
- Cayenne — 1/8 tsp. cayenne (0.62 ml)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
