Ingredients
- White Wine Vinegar — 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar (30 ml)
- Lime Juice — 2 1/2 Tbsp lime juice (~1 lime) (37.5 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1/4 cup (60 mL) EVOO
- Honey — 2 Tbsp honey (30 ml)
- Salt — fine sea salt (2 g)
- Pepper — black pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Wine Vinegar, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Honey.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
