- Fresno Chile — 150 g
- Garlic — 10 g
- Ginger — 30 ml
- Lime Juice — 120 ml
- Olive Oil — 60 ml
- Sugar — 15 ml
- Salt — 5 ml
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Ginger, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Sugar, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Fresno Chile, Garlic, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
