Ingredients
- Cherry Tomato — 10–12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Strawberry — 10–12 strawberries/raspberries, quartered (120 g)
- Peach — ½ firm peach, diced (75 g)
- Shallot — 1 French shallot, thinly sliced
- White Wine Vinegar — 1 Tbsp Chardonnay vinegar (15 ml)
- Olive Oil — ½ cup olive oil (120 ml)
- Fish Sauce — 1 tsp fish sauce (5 ml)
- Sriracha — 2 tsp sriracha (10 ml)
- Lemon Zest — zest of ½ lemon (1 g)
- Lemon Juice — juice of ½ lemon (15 ml)
- Pepper — black pepper (0.5 g)
- Chives — ½ Tbsp chives (1.5 g)
- Basil — 1 Tbsp basil (3 g)
- Parsley — 1 Tbsp parsley (3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Fish Sauce, Sriracha, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Cherry Tomato, Strawberry, Peach, Shallot, Lemon Zest, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
