Ingredients

  • Olive Oil1 dl AOVE (100 ml)
  • Sherry Vinegar33 ml vinagre jerez
  • Honey80 g miel
  • Pine Nutspiñones tostados (20 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Honey.
  2. Add finishing notes: Pine Nuts.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
