Ratio by volume: Cider Vinegar 480 ml, Water 120 ml

Ingredients

  • Cider Vinegar2 cups (480 ml)
  • Water1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Sugar2 Tbsp (24 g)
  • Salt1 Tbsp (18 g)
  • Red Pepper1 Tbsp (6 g)
  • Pepper1 tsp black (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cider Vinegar, Water.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Salt, Red Pepper, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
