- Sour Cream — 1 cup Mexican crema or sour cream (240 ml)
- Chipotle — 2 Tbsp (30 g)
- Lime Juice — 1 Tbsp (15 ml)
- Salt — 1/2 tsp (3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sour Cream, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Chipotle, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
