A bright dressing for salads and vegetables.

Ingredients
- Sumac — 2½ Tbsp ground sumac (15 g)
- Olive Oil — 6 Tbsp EVOO (90 ml)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Sumac, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
