Ingredients

  • Sumac2½ Tbsp ground sumac (15 g)
  • Olive Oil6 Tbsp EVOO (90 ml)
  • Saltsalt (2 g)
  • Pepperpepper (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sumac, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
