Mapleyard Lemon and Garlic

Ratio by volume: Lemon Juice 30 ml, Olive Oil 60 ml

Ingredients

  • Garlic1–2 garlic cloves
  • Mixed Herbsfew mint/basil/cilantro leaves (optional) (2 g)
  • Saltsea salt (2 g)
  • Lemon Juicejuice of 1 lemon (or to taste)
  • Olive Oil¼ cup (60 mL) EVOO

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic, Mixed Herbs, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
