Ingredients
- Garlic — 1–2 garlic cloves
- Mixed Herbs — few mint/basil/cilantro leaves (optional) (2 g)
- Salt — sea salt (2 g)
- Lemon Juice — juice of 1 lemon (or to taste)
- Olive Oil — ¼ cup (60 mL) EVOO
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Mixed Herbs, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
