A bright dressing for salads and vegetables.
Ratio
Ingredients
- Tofu — ½ lb soft tofu (not silken), drained (227 g)
- Water — 6 Tbsp water (90 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — ¼ cup rice vinegar (60 ml)
- Tahini — 2 Tbsp tahini (30 ml)
- Garlic — 2 Tbsp store-bought fried garlic (30 ml)
- Salt — 1 tsp kosher salt (5 ml)
- Msg — ½ tsp MSG (2.5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Water, Rice Vinegar, Tahini, Garlic, Salt, Msg.
- Add finishing notes: Tofu, Salt, Msg.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
