Ingredients

  • Olive Oil100 ml EVOO
  • Balsamic20 ml balsamic (Modena)
  • Saltsalt (1 g)
  • Pepperpepper (0.3 g)
  • Basilbasil leaves (3 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Balsamic.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper, Basil.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
