Ingredients
- Soy Sauce — 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Lime Juice — 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Sugar — 1 Tbsp (12 g)
- Garlic — 2 cloves minced
- Sesame Oil — 1 Tbsp (15 ml)
- Vegetable Oil — 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Vegetable Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
