Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Lime Juice1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Rice Vinegar2 Tbsp (30 ml)
  • Sugar1 Tbsp (12 g)
  • Garlic2 cloves minced
  • Sesame Oil1 Tbsp (15 ml)
  • Vegetable Oil1/2 cup (120 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Vegetable Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Garlic.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
