- Lime Juice — 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Fish Sauce — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Red Pepper — 1 tsp (2 g)
- Sugar — 1/2 tsp (2 g)
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Fish Sauce.
- Add finishing notes: Red Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
