- Soy Sauce — 60 ml
- Sichuan Pepper — 0.3 g
- Scallion — 20 g
- Ginger — 6 g
- Garlic — 3 g
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
