Ingredients

  • Anchovy8 g
  • Red Wine Vinegar60 ml
  • Olive Oil75 ml
  • Basil60 ml
  • Garlic5 g

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Basil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Onion, Anchovy, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
