Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): BUTTERMILK, SOUR CREAM.
Add by count: 4 BUNCHES CHIVES.
Season to finish: WHEY (to taste), SALT (to taste), SUGAR (a pinch), WHITE PEPPER (to taste).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
