Ratio by volume: Grain Mustard 10 ml, Cider Vinegar 60 ml, Orange Juice 60 ml, Olive Oil 240 ml

Ingredients
- Grain Mustard — 2 tsp grainy mustard (10 ml)
- Cider Vinegar — 1/4 cup cider vinegar (60 ml)
- Orange Juice — juice of 1 orange (60 ml)
- Orange Zest — zest of 1 orange (2 g)
- Olive Oil — 1 cup extra virgin olive oil (240 ml)
- Salt — salt, to taste
- Pepper — pepper, to taste
- Honey — honey, drizzled to finish
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Grain Mustard, Cider Vinegar, Orange Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Orange Zest, Salt, Pepper, Honey.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
