Ingredients
- Balsamic — 150 ml balsamic
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove
- Dijon Mustard — 2 Tbsp Dijon (30 ml)
- Honey — 2 Tbsp honey (30 ml)
- Salt — S+P (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.3 g)
- Olive Oil — 50 ml EVOO
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Balsamic, Dijon Mustard, Honey, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
