Ingredients
- Lime Juice — 1 lime, juiced
- Olive Oil — 1 tbsp of olive oil (15 ml)
- Cilantro — 1 tsp coriander, chopped (5 ml)
- Dill — 1 tsp dill, chopped (5 ml)
- Salt — sea salt (1 g)
- Pepper — black pepper (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Cilantro, Dill.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
