Ratio by volume: Sherry Vinegar 15 ml, Cilantro 10 ml, Salt 5 ml, Grapeseed Oil 45 ml

Ingredients

  • Sherry Vinegar1 Tbsp sherry vinegar (15 ml)
  • Shallot1 medium shallot, finely chopped
  • Cilantro2 tsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped (10 ml)
  • Salt1 tsp kosher salt (5 ml)
  • Grapeseed Oil3 Tbsp grapeseed oil (45 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sherry Vinegar, Cilantro, Salt, Grapeseed Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Shallot, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
