Ingredients
- Sherry Vinegar — 1 Tbsp sherry vinegar (15 ml)
- Shallot — 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
- Cilantro — 2 tsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped (10 ml)
- Salt — 1 tsp kosher salt (5 ml)
- Grapeseed Oil — 3 Tbsp grapeseed oil (45 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sherry Vinegar, Cilantro, Salt, Grapeseed Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
