Ingredients
- Cilantro — 2 tbsp cilantro (30 ml)
- Lime Juice — ¼ cup lime juice (60 ml)
- Fish Sauce — ¼ cup fish sauce (60 ml)
- Brown Sugar — 4 tbsp brown sugar (60 ml)
- Garlic — 1 tsp minced garlic (5 ml)
- Serrano — 1 finely diced serrano pepper
- Grapeseed Oil — ⅛ cup grapeseed oil (30 ml)
- Rice — ⅛ cup toasted rice (30 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cilantro, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Grapeseed Oil, Rice.
- Add finishing notes: Serrano.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
