- Elder Cordial — 50 ml
- Champagne — 15 ml
- Olive Oil — 100 ml
- Salt — 2 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Elder Cordial, Champagne, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
