- Egg Yolk — 54 g
- Lemon Juice — 50 ml
- Dijon Mustard — 10 ml
- Red Wine Vinegar — 5 ml
- Salt — 15 ml
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Egg Yolk, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
