  • Cucumber½ cucumber (150 g)
  • Garlic¼ garlic clove (1 g)
  • Chives10 ml (2 tsp) chives
  • Saltflaked salt (2 g)
  • Kombucha15 ml (3 tsp) sour kombucha or apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
