Ingredients

  • Palm Sugar50 g palm sugar
  • Fish Sauce50 ml fish sauce
  • Lime Juice80 ml lime
  • Cherry Tomato50 g cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic1 garlic
  • Chile1/2 peperoncino

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Fish Sauce, Lime Juice.
  2. Add finishing notes: Palm Sugar, Cherry Tomato, Garlic, Chile.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
