- Honey — 60 ml mel de mandaçaia
- Truffle — 2 g tartufo bianco fresco (ou manteiga trufada)
- Butter — 20 g manteiga sem sal
- Yuzu — raspas ½ yuzu + suco (ou limão-siciliano)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Honey.
- Add finishing notes: Truffle, Butter, Yuzu.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
