Ingredients

Yogurt1/4 cup (60 ml)
Saltpinch sea salt (1 g)
Sugar1 1/2 tsp (6 g)
Cream1 Tbsp half-and-half (15 ml)

Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): YOGURT, CREAM.
Shake-to-line (dashed marks): add SUGAR. Spoon in, shake, and top up until the settled level reaches each dashed line.
Season to finish: SALT (about ½ tsp).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
