- Gochujang — 100 ml
- Garlic — 20 g
- Scallion — 10 g
- Onion — 30 g
- Corn Syrup — 71.4 ml
- Brown Sugar — 20 g
- Soy Sauce — 60.9 ml
- Sake — 30.3 ml
- Pepper — 0.5 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Gochujang, Corn Syrup, Soy Sauce, Sake.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Scallion, Onion, Brown Sugar, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
