  • Scallion10 g
  • Onion30 g
  • Corn Syrup71.4 ml
  • Brown Sugar20 g
  • Soy Sauce60.9 ml
  • Sake30.3 ml
  • Pepper0.5 g

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Gochujang, Corn Syrup, Soy Sauce, Sake.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic, Scallion, Onion, Brown Sugar, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
