- Soy Sauce — 87 ml
- Onion — 40 g
- Pear Juice — 66.7 ml
- Corn Syrup — 21.4 ml
- Sugar — 20 g
- Garlic — 30 g
- Sesame Oil — 16.3 ml
- Sesame Seed — 10 g
- Pepper — 0.5 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Pear Juice, Corn Syrup, Sesame Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Onion, Sugar, Garlic, Sesame Seed, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
