- Tabasco — ¼ cup Tabasco Chipotle (or more) (60 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1 cup EVOO (240 ml)
- Garlic — 12 peeled garlic cloves
- Cilantro — ¼ cup chopped cilantro (60 ml)
- Lime Zest — grated zest of 1 lime (2 g)
- Salt — 1 tsp salt (5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Tabasco, Olive Oil, Cilantro, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Lime Zest, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
