- Mezcal — ¼ cup mezcal (or orange liqueur) (60 ml)
- Sugar — ½ cup sugar (120 ml)
- Lime Juice — ¼ cup lime juice (60 ml)
- Orange Juice — ¼ cup orange juice (60 ml)
- Cider Vinegar — ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (60 ml)
- Cilantro — ¼ cup chopped cilantro (60 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mezcal, Sugar, Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Cider Vinegar, Cilantro.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
