- Rice Vinegar — 2 cucharadas vinagre blanco de arroz (30 ml)
- Honey — 2 cucharadas miel transparente (30 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 1 cucharadita salsa de soja suave (5 ml)
- Lemongrass — 1 cucharadita hierba limón picado (5 ml)
- Salt — pizca de sal (0.5 g)
- Lime Juice — 1 cucharada zumo de lima (15 ml)
- Fermented Bean — 1 cucharadita pasta de alubias fermentadas (5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Rice Vinegar, Honey, Soy Sauce, Lemongrass, Lime Juice, Fermented Bean.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
