Ingredients

  • Avocado1 ripe Hass avocado
  • Creme Fraiche2 tbsp crème fraîche (30 ml)
  • Lemon Juicejuice ½ lemon (15 ml)
  • Saltsalt (2 g)
  • White Pepperwhite pepper (0.3 g)

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
