- Lemon Juice — 22 ml
- Sugar — 1 g

- Olive Oil — 150 ml
- Tomato — 150 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sherry Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Salt, Tomato.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
