- Mayo — 50 g de mayonnaise
- Greek Yogurt — 25 g de yaourt grec
- Lemon Juice — Le jus d'1 citron jaune (30 ml)
- Cornichon — 70 g de cornichons hachés
- Capers — 40 g de câpres hachées
- Jalapeno — 20 g de piment jalapeño vert haché
- Parsley — 40 g de persil haché
- Salt — Sel (2 g)
- Pepper — poivre (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Greek Yogurt, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Cornichon, Capers, Jalapeno, Parsley, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
