- Fish Sauce — 3 Tbsp fish sauce (caramelize 1 Tbsp at a time in hot pan) (45 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — 1 cup unseasoned rice vinegar (240 ml)
- Scallion — ¼ cup sliced scallions (60 ml)
- Ginger — 1 (½") piece ginger, peeled, finely grated (8 g)
- Salt — kosher salt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Fish Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Scallion.
- Add finishing notes: Ginger, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
