- Pineapple — 1 abacaxi cubos médios
- Pear — 2 peras
- Apple — 2 maçãs cubos pequenos
- Curry — 1 colher sobremesa curry (15 ml)
- Olive Oil — azeite + sal (grill) (30 ml)
- Lemon — raspas limão-siciliano (5 g)
- Mayo — 2 xícaras maionese (480 ml)
- Herb — punhado salsa (15 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Curry, Olive Oil, Mayo.
- Add finishing notes: Pineapple, Pear, Apple, Lemon, Herb.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
