- Mayo — 250 g salsa mayonesa
- Olive Oil — 40 g aceite de la ventresca
- Chives — 5 g cebollino
- Basil — 3 g albahaca
- Lemon Juice — 20 g zumo de limón
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Chives, Basil.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
